A note on shipping costs
In May 2026 we had to adjust our shipping costs because our carriers raised their freight rates (fuel surcharge). Thank you for your understanding. All prices are per parcel. You will see the exact amount for your order in the cart.

Prices per parcel, staggered by size. When you order several items, we pack as compactly as possible – each parcel costs the price of its largest item. For countries not on our list we will gladly send you an individual quote.

Carriers and delivery times
We ship with Hermes, DHL Express and GEL Express
Which carrier we use depends on size and destination. Small to medium formats usually go with Hermes, large shipments with GEL Express as a freight forwarder, and urgent international shipments with DHL Express.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the product, our current order volume and the carrier. You will find the expected production time directly on each product page. If you have a fixed deadline, please get in touch before you order, or right afterwards, so we can check whether it is feasible.
International deliveries
Please check the delivery time shown on the product page. If your deadline is tight or your order is larger, we recommend a short chat with us beforehand – shipping abroad takes a few extra days.
Larger orders from 5 items
Please agree the delivery time with us in advance. As a family business we make every piece by hand – for larger quantities we plan production together with you.
Payment methods and terms
The prices shown in the shop are final prices including VAT, unless stated otherwise. VAT is based on the delivery address.
For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes or duties (for example customs duties) may apply in individual cases; these are paid by the recipient.
Orders from abroad: Which payment methods are available depends on the destination country and the payment method itself.
Custom orders: We make custom sizes and special designs exclusively against advance payment.
Payment methods
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely with PayPal. When you select it, you will be redirected to PayPal. Depending on availability, Pay Later options may also be offered.
Credit and debit card
Pay by card, for example Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Your card details are entered encrypted during checkout – we never see them.
Bank transfer (advance payment)
Please transfer the amount in advance to our account: Account holder: Xanadu Evolution e.K. Bank: DKB (Deutsche Kreditbank AG) IBAN: DE08 1203 0000 1311 5075 01 BIC: BYLADEM1001 Please use your order number as the payment reference. As soon as your payment arrives, we start production.
Express payments at checkout
Depending on your device and browser, express payments such as PayPal Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be available.
Frequently asked questions about shipping and payment
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs depend on size and destination – see the tables above. For larger orders, just get in touch.
Why is shipping large canvases so expensive?
From 120 cm diameter, parcels count as bulky goods or go by freight forwarder. A cheaper alternative is our frame kit system: the frame is shipped disassembled and put together at home in a few minutes.
When will my order be made?
With bank transfer, once your payment has arrived; with PayPal and card, straight after we receive your order. The production time is shown on every product page and depends on the product, quantity and our current workload.
Can I collect my order myself?
Yes, by arrangement at our workshop at Popowstr. 1b in Chemnitz, Germany. Please call or write to us beforehand.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes. For countries outside the EU and for oversized formats we will prepare an individual shipping quote – just write to us.
